Create And Be A Fake Postage Stamp

By Sherry Riter 22 Comments

Have you ever wanted to be on a postage stamp?

No?

Well, did you ever need something to jazz up an email?

I found an online fake postage stamp site and thought it was cute. There are templates for a United States and Canadian postage stamp. You can also create other border effects, but I am really digging the postage stamp.

Not only are the postage stamps cute and fun to make, but it is super easy! All you have to do is upload the photo of your choice, click a button and taa daa! Instant postage stamp!

You can upload a humorous saying or quote to create a fake postage stamp that will make everyone laugh…

You can upload a picture of delicious chocolate chip cookie dough truffles or some other delectable candy concoction…

You can upload a picture of The Best Banana Bread Ever, Moist Banana Bread to make everyone salivate. Obviously, I am today.

You can even upload a picture of yourself and feel as famous as President George Washington or President Abraham Lincoln. Hmmm…I don’t think they feel anymore. I could have worded that sentence differently. Let me try it again.

You can even upload a picture of yourself and become a redheaded rock star!

Well, I can become a redheaded rock star postage stamp, but a lot of you can’t unless you dye your hair. LOL

That’s an excellent idea! Why don’t you all dye your hair red today?!!!!

I should dig out the pictures of my mother with dyed red hair. She would probably have a baby cow if she saw them posted on my blog.

I am truly giving myself a huge laugh today!

true – but since my self image was as a GreyBeard since I was about 5 years old, dying would leave me as an nrecognizeable person! nope, don’t think I will 🙂

sheesh! I was right the first time! the most accurate spelling would be Eirikr, since the long i (?) in Eir?kr doesn’t work in the blog :/

Yeah, the ALT NUM key to get the symbols don’t work. LOL 😀

MacOS (or in this case iOS) doesn’t use ALT NUM for symbols – you just change the keyboard map & type away! I think the problem is that the blog doesn’t recognize Unicode characters :/

Thanks for that site. Having fun with it right now! By the way, I have always kept my hair dark red, but the next time I color it, I am going to go for a lighter red. I hear it makes you look younger? What do you think?
