I have this thing with light.
I like it.
Light makes me feel happy.
One day while I was surfing the internet, I happened upon a website that quickly caught my attention. A man was sitting in a dark room staring at a wall sized picture that was illuminated from behind it.
Of course, I was mesmerized by the the work of Jirko Bannas and Oliver Seltmann who describe their Lightwalls, Roof Top Lights and Polaboys in this way:

I immediately envisioned every room of my home with a lit wall. Not a wall lit with lights, but a wall with a BIG picture that was illuminated just like a lighted wall by Lightboys.
So this room has my mother written all over it. I bet it is beautiful all lit up.
Maybe I would choose a foggy city scape.
I’m feeling a little lightheaded.
Get it? Light. Headed.

This is definitely not Turtle’s 55 gallon tank and the fish look like they could gobble me up!
Ahhhhhhh…Can you hear the waves splashing? I can.

Roof Top Lights By Lightboys
Another lovely wall that can be lit is the ceiling which Lightboys has illuminated with the Roof Top Lights. It definitely gives a whole new meaning to laying in bed and staring at the ceiling.

Those are great! I’m hard pressed to choose a favorite… but the snow would be at the top of my list too! I want a light wall, & a rooftop light, & a Pola Boy!

These are so cool! I love the sink with ocean as the backsplash. Acutally, anything with the ocean works for me..I’m easy. Maybe I shouldn’t post that on the internet….lol. Anyway, while I’m dreaming, I’d like one very funky ceiling to stare at. Oh two more little things. The fish in the tank pic, I have one very similar, after a visit to the Boston Aquarium along with a photo essay of Myrtle the Turtle and Isaac the Sea Lion if anyone is interested…lol. Lastly, please watch what you wish for when it comes to snow. We in New England, feel a little differently. Although we head to the mountains whenever we come. We’re an odd bunch..writing this with face squunched up. Nice spelling…lol. Have a wonderful Wednesday.

Anything Ocean for me too. Dentists should be required to install a ceiling light to make the whole experience in the dental chair more tolerable. The first picture (with your mother written all over it) looks like the inside of Joan Rivers penthouse, as I did a post on it.

Snow is my favorite! Remember when we went skiing with Evan and Jim? We rode up the tram to the top of the mountain and got off and waited for the tram to come back up. I have never felt such peace, and felt closer to God or you. It was if you and I were alone in the world. I understood why prophets of old climbed to the top of a mountain to commune with the Lord.
I love that room! You are right! Oh, how wonderful if I could live a wee bit of life there.
This wall light would be a great gift. When you write that book and become rich, Mom wants a wall light. 😉 I would be happy with just a wee one. Love you!

That was one of my favorite vacations. We were so high up on the mountain, all alone with only silence. That kind of silence feels like Heaven to me.
I also remember that we stuck our cans of Coke in the snow so that they would get slushy. LOL
I know that pink Lightwall room is totally you. Duh! I’m going to write the books and finish my other one, but I’m not so sure that I’m going to strike it rich. I’ll just work on getting the wall light for you anyway. 😀

LOL…This is going to be the craziest reply yet. I thought the posting on your FB page was a sink not a toilet tank at all. I thought Scott mentioned something about spitting into it and between my auto eyes and auto assumption…I went with sink. Oh my goodness this is just one of those Who’s on First moments….lol. Good thing there is only one of me…the world couldn’t deal with two…lol. Enjoy your evening.
