Saturday Stalker – Sew Not My Day

By Sherry Riter 18 Comments

Saturday Stalker, Let Us Stalk You!

This week I used Random.org to pick the blog we are going to stalk. Remember, you can stalk it the entire week and leave comments. All it takes to be considered for next week’s blog as the one that gets stalked is to make a comment during “roll call” for lack of a better term which simply means to leave a comment on this post before next Saturday and comment on this week’s stalked blog. If you haven’t read the directions about commenting, please hop over “here” and catch up.

I really enjoyed stalking McVal of Sew Not My Day this week and found her blog to be an eclectic mixture of interesting posts.

The following are a few posts I read while stalking…

  • Tying Things Off made me laugh out loud by the time I got to the end of the post.
  • I really enjoyed the story, the play on words in the title and the memorable photo in Well Full Of Memories.
  • In Cookies This Side of The Barrel I decided that I was starving to death. Now, all I can think of is delicious food which is why Mulberries Under My Toes grabbed my attention.
  • Because I am a romantic and I like a story with a happy ending, I couldn’t resist sharing First Date! Isn’t the photo priceless?

Now it is your turn to “stalk” Sew Not My Day and leave comments on the posts highlighted above. Go ahead, make her week!

***As a reminder…Be sure to leave a comment on this post if you want to be eligible for stalking next week!

Off to read, having been stalked once before – I know its not a scary experience, she's a little cute to be a real stalker … but rather fun.
Good morning my dear, nice to see you up and running – Happy Saturday xxx

The Tying Things Off post was so funny! I remember in high school the students in this same kind of class had to carry around a hard boiled egg (decorated and dressed like a baby) at all times and take of it as they would a real baby. That was supposed to make them know how it felt to be a responsible parent. lol These new generations of "eggs" do the trick much better.

I enjoyed her site. Thanks for sharing.

I went straight to the tips tag on her blog and found out I could've saved myself buying a new camera when the baby took a swim in the tub. Very interesting.

I loved reading her posts, Red! This is a great idea. So, tell me, the "stalker' concept came to you after you watched that movie with Sharon Stone, did you say? This truly is a great way to "get around" without being trashy!…:)JP

I'm posting a comment only to say that this is a great idea and I really liked the blog we stalked! But don't pick my blog to be stalked next week. Next week is going to be the busiest ever and I have no idea if I will have any chance to write.

Tying it off… oh man. Been feeling the "urge" for another baby, but it's a good reminder because my babies always only let me sleep 20-30 minutes at a time!

I am totally starved from reading the cookie post. As I said to the blog author, I am not very good at making them, so seeing someone who does.

I hope I can get stalked!
