As we braked the car and pulled into the parking lot, I was amazed at all the license plates artistically arranged to form one big ocean wave on the side of the building! It looked so happy and festive.
Some license plates had been cut to show just one letter or number so that they could be arranged on the curve of the ocean wave.
While other license plates included more digits or letters.
One thing for sure, the license plates were from every state in the union!
The sun…Oh yeah, that was a bunch of reflectors that are normally glued into the pavement on the white or yellow lines in the road.
But wait! What is that creature over the sun and wave?
Awwwww, now isn’t that just a cute beach dog?! I guess he likes to ride the wave. 😉
The tides of life will rise and fall, always changing. Life and ocean waves crashing on the beach are constants. We have to be like the tides and ocean waves – ever changing and shifting, yet persistently continuing no matter how many times we crash on the shores of life.

The Outer Banks – specifically, Ocracoke Island – is my favorite of all places on the planet to be.

Is this on an art shop or place of business? Would like to see it when I visit the OBX next week.
