“The flower that follows the sun does so even in cloudy days.” ~ Robert Leighton ~
Even on the hard days, keep on believing that good times will eventually happen again.
Accept that you are having it rough and look at the experience as a challenge to improve yourself. You may feel overwhelmed and not equipped to master the situation, but you can be successful. Believe in your abilities and remain focused on your success. Before you realize it, you will have met the challenge and made it through your cloudy days.
“The flower that blooms in adversity is the rarest and most beautiful of all.” ~ Walt Disney Company, Mulan ~
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” ~ Anaïs Nin ~
It’s hard to put yourself out there and become vulnerable. But it is necessary to be open if you want to learn, grow and succeed. By remaining in your comfort zone, you will keep on experiencing what you’ve always experienced. Nothing will stretch you and that will prevent you from learning anything new.
Although it feels comfortable and safe to “remain tight in a bud,” step out of the box and “blossom” in the new experience. You will not only grow, but you will learn all kinds of things about yourself.
“Where flowers bloom so does hope.” ~ Lady Bird Johnson ~

I like your quotes and your pictures too and the post was inspiring, but your sidebar with all those delicious looking desserts has me salivating. Can’t I read a post of yours without salivating? I’m requesting that you remove your sidebar so I won’t be tempted anymore! 🙂
