Zaria Forman’s Pastel Drawing Waterscapes, Amazing Art

By Sherry Riter 2 Comments

Zaria Forman’s art doesn’t have to “grow” on you because from the first glance, it is easy to not only appreciate but also to fall in love with the results of her magnificent talent.

I was surfing for photos of the ocean as I often do when I happened upon Zaria Forman’s website. At first I thought the paintings were photographs. After discovering that the pictures I was looking at were really drawings, I was blown away. Most of the drawings use shades of of my favorite color…Blue!

The biography found on Zaria Forman’s website reinforces the impact parents have on their children. Zaria said, “The inspiration for my drawings began in early childhood when I traveled with my family throughout several of the world’s most remote landscapes, which were the subject of my mother’s fine art photography.”

I think Zaria’s drawings are so real to life and yet soft and contemplative. I just love, love, love them!
