Paper Artists Eckman Cool Cast Paper Art Sculptures

By Sherry Riter 6 Comments

According to their website, “Allen and Patty Eckman have worked in the medium of cast paper sculpture since 1987 and are internationally recognized as the premier artists working in the medium today. They reside and work in Rapid City, South Dakota and have their work represented in fine art galleries there as well as in others around the country.”

I say these artists are AWESOME! What they have done with paper surpasses amazing.

All of the previous pieces of art are single pieces, but the Eckman’s also do large art pieces that are very involved and quite large. The prices for the large pieces are also higher because of the number of elements created. For instance, “Prairie Edge Hunt” sells for $55,000 USD.

What do you think about these cool cast paper art sculptures? Awesome, right?
