The Time Is 8:9:10 on 11/12/13

digital time 8 9 10 on 11 12 13

Do you remember long ago there was a phone number that you dialed to verify the time? It was a woman’s voice and all she would say was, “The time is…” and then state the time. Well, I loved calling to get the time. That sounds really ridiculous, but the time number was high tech back in those days. I thought it was so phenomenal to have “a phone” that told the masses a very important piece of information.

Twice today a very nerdy and phenomenal numbers thing will happen. The time and date will be 8:9:10 on 11/12/13. You’ll be able to say that you experienced 8:9:10 on 11/12/13. After today, we won’t see it again because it won’t happen until the year 2113. That’s a long time from now.

I love numbers and they are everywhere…

Don’t forget to look at the clock either this morning or tonight, when it shows that the time is 8:9:10 on 11/12/13.

Awesomely phenomenal!

I’ve never been much good at or with numbers. And then, at the same time, I am fascinated by them. I know that I’m better with them than I admit, but they sure can give me a headache. LOL
