Let’s make this short and sweet.

Hmmm…I can break it down even more.

A Picture Paints A Thousand Words
Since I am a very visual person, I know that there is another way for me to explain stress and that is by using just one picture. I’m going to call it, “Frazzled“.
So if you preparing everything to move in a week like I am or just feeling frazzled, maybe we should both go read, 28 Ways To Be Calm And Peaceful. I’ll meet you over there so we can both find a bit of calm!
P.S. Don’tcha just love the hair?! Maybe I should make it my regular do? ๐
Skip_D says
Yup, that’s a great picture of frazzled you… & I look forward to the day when that’s all that remains of the stress that’s paralyzing you now. I’ve moved myself several times, schlepping carload after endless carload of boxes by myself from old apartment to new one, while trying to do what was expected of me at work on no rest, let alone sleep. I wish I could be there to give you a hand. All I can do now is give you my support & understanding… }}

Sherry Riter says
Ummmm….you’re very, very, very funny!
Let me just say, I am so glad that I don’t have to tackle THAT hair this morning. I can’t imagine all the KNOTS!!!! LOL
Looking at the pic in the bright light of day (well, the sun hasn’t come up yet, but you know what I mean), I realize it is even funnier than I thought it was when I posted it! ๐

Since I have 3b – 3c curls and stress, I’m with ya’ sista’. I did order some samples to deal with the hair, but no samples available to relieve the causes of my stress….oh well! Speaking of calm and peaceful, the Dalai Lama was speaking in our neck of the woods, yesterday. I began reading the absolute basics of Buddhism. Lots of parallels.
After taking another peak at “the hair”, I am grateful that I don’t have curls that top the charts in the 4b – 4c range!
Last but not least, women who are 5’10” with curly hair, no matter what the color, well what more can I say than.. we “rock”!
Have a lovely day!
Sherry Riter says
LOL You’re funny Susanne AND you DEFINITELY ROCK!
I guess us stressed girls should sign our notes with, “Peace out” LOL
Susanne says
OMG! LOL! That’s how a dear friend of mine always “signs off”!
Peace Out it is!
Sherry Riter says
LOL I guess we just started a new tradition! Does that mean we are becoming family? LOL
Laurie Wallin says
Yeah, you should totally make it your regular ‘do.’ And where did you get it? Because I need one to go with the army fatigue shirt I put on when it’s time to SHOW the family they need to give mom a break…
Sherry Riter says
LOL That’s funny! Drill Sargent Mommy with frazzled hair would be hilarious!
Joan Penfold says

You will find your calm, peaceful, center in the days to come. If not, I find meditation with the heavy bag always works for me. Just sayin’.
