Tell The Truth Thursday – Cartoon Character

By Sherry Riter 4 Comments

Tell The Truth Thursday

Welcome to “Tell The Truth Thursday” where the question that has been posted in my right side bar gets answered by me and you! Did you prepare your post and are you ready to drop your URL into the Linky so that we all can follow? Grab the thumb above linking it back to this blog posting and let’s get started…

The question this week is :

What was/is your most favorite cartoon character?

Since you already know my nickname, that I’m a klutz and tend to be rather soft hearted, it won’t be a huge stretch to understand why my favorite cartoon character is Winnie the Pooh.

Winnie The Pooh

Have you ever heard the theme of the old Winnie the Pooh?

I can relate to Winnie the Pooh because he was always getting into trouble by doing silly things like getting his head stuck in a honey jar or his body stuck in holes like the one in the honey tree.

In Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree, Pooh borrows Christopher Robin’s balloon, pretends to be a rain cloud, and floats up to the bee hive high in the tree. During the time he is disguised as a rain cloud, Pooh doesn’t fool the bees! Pooh disrupts the hive and the bees chase Christopher Robin and Pooh into a mud puddle.

Most of all, I love the hopeful, happiness of Winnie the Pooh.

You’ll find the enchanted neighborhood of Christopher’s childhood days
A donkey named Eeyore is his friend and Kanga and little Roo
There’s Rabbit and Piglet and there’s Owl, but most of all Winnie the Pooh ?

I've always been a fan of Winnie the Pooh too. I don't think I have a cartoon character I'd think is "me". Maybe Smurfett, she keeps things in order, giggle
    Hugs,
P.S. I'm having a give away at my blog swing on over.

Glad to see that TTTT is back! I missed it… and sorry I missed writing on this one last week but I love, love, love Pooh… Maybe I would go for Hello Kitty next.
    Happy Holidays!
