Driving is a privilege.
This may take a minute to load because it did for me, but it is well worth watching and showing to your children. I think it should be required watching for everyone.
If you break the law by running red lights on purpose, you should have your license revoked. If that happens, you would have to get a comfy pair of sneakers for the very long walks to each of your destinations.
Don’t speed or run red lights. Someone’s life may depend on your obedience to the law.

Me wonders if my blood highway comment encouraged that post. Inspiration by The View from my Camera on Blogntweet

Thanks you for posting. I showed my oldest who just started driving, he said they showed a very similar video in driving class last year but the people driving were actully interviewed and the excused they gave were so lame. Totally agree with you…driving is a
privilege!

You are so right, currently in my town, we just got a red light camera car. It's a little SUV that sits and watches for speeders, and individuals that run red lights. I think it is such a great investment, and I am happy that our city purchased it. It was quite disheartening to hear all the negative comments people had about them, or others who openly admitted to running red lights, stop signs and other things. They think that accidents only happen to people who "aren't paying attention" They are so stupid to even think that way.
