The lovely clickity clacketing of my keyboard was barely able to keep up with my thoughts as I typed, but all of a sudden…
“Mo-om!?” Alyssa calls out from the direction of her bedroom. Of course, my name was two syllables. I love how Alyssa makes “Mom” two syllables.
I stopped typing and called back, “Ye-es!?” as I make a one syllable word into two syllables too.
“Grab the camera and come here!” she answered back.
Well, I never have to be coaxed to pick up the camera, so I grabbed it and ran down the hallway towards her bedroom. As I approached, I could hear the water running in the tub. When I walked around the corner into her bathroom, I immediately realized why she wanted me to take pictures.
Poor Bella. She doesn’t like getting a bath and she was shaking her head and wiggling like crazy.
Alyssa gave Bella a bath and then wrapped her in a towel. It’s just a towel to Alyssa and Bella, but that is one of the baby towels I used when Alyssa was born. Yeah, time does fly.
Those doggies really don’t like getting wet. They need to be wrapped up, warmed up and fluffed up. Blessings, Debby
She acts so crazy running around the house after she has been bathed. LOL
Bella is such a cutie! What adorable pictures! Poor thing… she really does hate bathing, doesn’t she?!? 😉
Yes, she really does hate the tub!
Our sweet Izzy loves bath time. But he doesn’t like getting his face wet, LOL love the photos xo
Thank you!
She is so very, very cute!
Thanks!
Adorable story. It makes me tear up when my daughter wraps her baby dolls in her blanket. Can’t imagine if she did this!
Awwwwww…I bet she is so cute. She has no idea how beautiful you think she is playing with her dolls and her blanket. {{{hugsss}}}
Love the photographs of Bella, she looks so adorable (and wet)! 🙂
