Sometimes it is hard to relax and often the daily grind bogs our mind down to such an extent that we find it hard to think, remember, remain organized, accomplish tasks, and may even have problems falling to sleep. I’m devoting this series to giving tips on the many ways to relax. All methods won’t be effective for everyone, but that is why my list is comprised of over two hundred ways to relax.
Today’s choice is one of my personal favorites.
Ways To Relax #1
Cuddle with someone you love.

Cuddling not only increases body temperature, but also the production of a hormone produced naturally in the hypothalamus of the brain called oxytocin. It has been dubbed as the “cuddle, bonding and love hormone” because it evokes feelings of contentment, calmness, happiness and security while reducing fear, anxiety and behavioral aberrations in eating, coupling and parenting.
If you are seeking a way to relax, method number one is cuddling, so grab a loved one and cuddle!
